The process begins with the plans. We have several standard plans available. Minor changes can be made but sometimes a custom plan is the way to go.  Our team will work with you and an architect to ensure that you get the custom home that you’ve always desired. We will guide you through both large decisions—such as the flooring options—and the smallest details, such as the pulls on a cabinet.

Once the plans and allowances are finalized, you’re ready to sign the contract.   All the details will be documented, along with your very own cost spreadsheet and an online selection document with our construction liaison.  This online document helps us keep the lines of communication open and your personal design selections organized.    

While all of our homes are backed by warranty, we go the extra mile to make sure our customers are satisfied.
